I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, making my stay very enjoyable. However, the noisy aircon in the room next to the reception and kitchen was quite bothersome. The location was convenient, close to major shopping areas, but the neighborhood felt a little sketchy at times.
